Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Peshtigo). They put the hurt on the Coleman Cougars with a sharp 16-6 win on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Peshtigo's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Coleman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-5.

Looking ahead, Peshtigo will host Sturgeon Bay at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Coleman, they will square off against Wausaukee at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rangers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.5 runs per game on average), something the Cougars will no doubt try to take advantage of.
