Grand Oaks is 5-0 against Cleveland since January of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Grand Oaks Grizzlies will look to defend their home court against the Cleveland Indians at 1:00 p.m. Grand Oaks knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Cleveland likes a good challenge.

Last Wednesday, Grand Oaks beat The Woodlands 64-54. Given the Grizzlies' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 77th, while the Highlanders are ranked 487th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Cleveland ended up a good deal behind Oak Ridge on Wednesday and lost 66-47. The Indians have struggled against the War Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Cleveland's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Grand Oaks, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Grand Oaks against Cleveland in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as the team secured an 80-32 win. Will Grand Oaks repeat their success, or does Cleveland have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
