Preview: Hackensack Comets vs. Kennedy Knights
The Hackensack Comets will be home for the holidays to greet the Kennedy Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Hackensack's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 49-32 bruising from Passaic.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Kennedy, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 47-33 loss to Wayne Hills on Saturday.
Kennedy's loss came about despite a quality game from My'Shayla Clancy, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds.
Hackensack's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Kennedy, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 0-2.
Hackensack beat Kennedy 45-33 when the teams last played back in December of 2022. Does Hackensack have another victory up their sleeve, or will Kennedy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
