Volleyball Recap: Mustang Broncos vs. Moore Lions
On Tuesday, Mustang faced Moore in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Mustang Broncos fell just short of the Moore Lions by a score of 3-2. The Broncos' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.
Mustang took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-22, 25-27, 25-22, 15-9.

Mustang's defeat dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Moore, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mustang will head out to challenge Stillwater at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mustang is facing Stillwater at the right time seeing as Stillwater is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Moore, they will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Westmoore at 6:00 p.m.
