Recap: West Las Vegas Dons vs. Raton Tigers
The West Las Vegas Dons won the last time they faced the Raton Tigers, and things went their way on Friday too. West Las Vegas took down Raton 69-53. The victory made it back-to-back wins for West Las Vegas.
P.j. Montano continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 16 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. Jonathon Gonzales was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 13 rebounds.
West Las Vegas' victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Raton, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.
West Las Vegas will head out on the road to face off against Robertson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Robertson is coming into the contest hot, having won their last 12 games. As for Raton, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Clayton at 2:30 p.m. on January 27th.
