Volleyball Recap: Wolfe County Comes Up Short

The Wolfe County Wolves didn't have quite enough to beat the Raceland Rams on Saturday and fell 2-1.

Naoma Noble paced Wolfe County's offense, picking up 17 kills. Noble got some help from Abigail Noble and her 23 assists. Naoma was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Wolfe County dropped their record down to 10-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Raceland, their win bumped their record up to 9-12.

Wolfe County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Sayre on the 27th. As for Raceland, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Paris on the 27th.
