Lancaster won the last time they faced Groveport-Madison and things went their way on Thursday too. The Golden Gales were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Cruisers. Considering the Golden Gales have won six games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Lancaster's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-4. As for Groveport-Madison, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10-1 record this season.
