On Tuesday, Southside faced Bentonville in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Southside Mavericks sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Bentonville Tigers. The victory was nothing new for the Mavericks as they're now sitting on four straight.
