Worthington Kilbourne entered their tilt with Reynoldsburg on Friday with ten consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 11. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Raiders.

Worthington Kilbourne had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-23, 25-19.

Jake Haslett paced Worthington Kilbourne's offense, picking up 12 kills. Haslett got some help from Alex Ishida and his 29 assists. Brayden Balemian controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Worthington Kilbourne pushed their record up to 15-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Reynoldsburg, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-11.

Coincidentally, Worthington Kilbourne and Reynoldsburg will both be playing Licking Heights the next time they take the court. The Wolves will head out to face the Hornets at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
