Basketball Recap: Monache Gets the Win

Monache won the last time they faced Granite Hills and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Monache Marauders came out on top against the Granite Hills Grizzlies by a score of 59-49.

Monache found their leader in sophomore Dillon Hall, who went 6 of 7from beyond the arc on his way to 26 points and six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hall has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriel Carbajal, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds.

Monache's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Granite Hills, they moved to 5-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Monache didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-37 loss against Golden West on the 12th. As for Granite Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 47-37 defeat against Coalinga on the 12th.
