Basketball Recap: Compass Charter Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The Compass Charter Aviators had to suffer through a 76-40 loss at the hands of the Emmett Huskies. The contest marked the Aviators' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Compass Charter's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Payton Hymas, who posted seven points. Hymas is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 56% in the last three games he's played. Treyton Hibbard also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steal of the season.

Compass Charter now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Emmett, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Compass Charter wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 67-62 loss against Victory Charter on the 11th. Emmett and Weiser will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
