It was a proper cat-fight when Western took on Coldwater on Saturday. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cardinals. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won three in a row.

Western never let Coldwater on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-22.

Western's victory bumped their record up to 33-8-2. As for Coldwater, they dropped their record down to 21-17-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
