Baseball Recap: Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Falls to Duanesburg in First Game of Season

Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Duanesburg Eagles on Monday, falling 8-0. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville is set to take on their familiar foe Mekeel Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Duanesburg will square off against rival Fort Plain at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
