Volleyball Recap: Cony Comes Up Short

Cony managed to slip by Brewer the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Rams came up short against the Witches on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Rams' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row dating back to last season.

Cony's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Brewer, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Cony is set to challenge their familiar foe Hampden at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Brewer will square off against rival Messalonskee at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
