Blake Anderson put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March of 2024 on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
