Anthony Gonzalez put up the most strikeouts he's had since April 2nd on Wednesday. He struck out ten batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.
