Football Recap: McCutcheon Find Success

West Lafayette came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against McCutcheon, but Tyler Brigham wouldn't allow it. The Mavericks were the clear victors by a 31-6 margin over the Red Devils on Friday with plenty of help from Brigham, who rushed for 129 yards and one touchdown while picking up 8.1 yards per carry, and also picked up 43 receiving yards. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 74 yards.

When it comes to explaining why West Lafayette lost, don't look at Kojo Steffey. Despite the final result, he rushed for 82 yards and one TD, and also picked up 32 receiving yards.
