Baseball Recap: Pentucket Regional Comes Up Short

Pentucket Regional was the 7-2 winner over Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Pentucket Regional fell 9-4 to Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School on Thursday.

Julien Powers was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Jayden Pabst was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

Pentucket Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Pentucket Regional didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against North Reading on the 11th. As for Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School, they will challenge Lynnfield at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
