Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Colton). They put the hurt on the Chemawa Indian Braves with a sharp 69-45 win on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Vikings have posted since February 9, 2024.

Colton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Chemawa Indian, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colton will square off against Salem Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Salem Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Colton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chemawa Indian, they will take on Santiam at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
