Football Recap: Schulenburg Takes a Loss

After flying high against Sacred Heart last Friday, Schulenburg came back down to earth. The Shorthorns fell 36-29 to the Rogers Eagles on Friday. The Shorthorns have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Schulenburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Rogers, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Schulenburg will head out on the road to face off against Burton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rogers, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Troy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
