Volleyball Recap: Bethel Takes a Loss

Bethel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Curtis Vikings. The Bison were not able to make up for their loss to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-13, 25-10.

Curtis got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Elaina Duong out in front who had 11 digs and three aces. Another player making a difference was Kennedy Kinley, who had nine digs and one assist.

Bethel's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Curtis, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Bethel wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Bonney Lake on the 15th. As for Curtis, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Olympia on the 16th.
