Football Recap: Okolona Comes Up Short on the Road Against Aberdeen

Okolona had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Aberdeen Bulldogs, falling 42-20. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Despite the loss, Okolona still got an impressive performance from Kingston Blanchard, who picked up 54 receiving yards and two TDs.

Coming up, Okolona is taking a road trip to challenge Falkner at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Aberdeen, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Calhoun City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
