Cattaraugus-Little Valley extends road losing streak to four

Recap: Cattaraugus-Little Valley Timberwolves vs. Salamanca Warriors
The Cattaraugus-Little Valley Timberwolves's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Salamanca 75-14. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cattaraugus-Little Valley in their matchups with Salamanca: they've now lost seven in a row.
Leading Salamanca to victory were Karina Mireles-crouse and Lezly Mccomber. Mireles-crouse scored 13 points along with eight steals and seven assists, while Mccomber scored 22 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. Mireles-crouse also posted two blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Wolfe, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds.
Cattaraugus-Little Valley bumped their record down to 0-2 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Salamanca, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
Cattaraugus-Little Valley will be home for the holidays to greet Salamanca at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Salamanca focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday. As for they, they will head out on the road to face off against Cattaraugus-Little Valley at 7:30 p.m.
