Basketball Recap: Mora Comes Up Short

Mora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 60-24 defeat at the hands of the Braham Bombers. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 293rd, while the Bombers are ranked 82nd).

Mora's loss dropped their record down to 6-19. As for Braham, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 22-5.

Mora has already played their next matchup (against Pillager), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Braham, they will host Barnum at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Braham knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Barnum likes a good challenge.
