Football Recap: Upper Lake Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Upper Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Middletown Mustangs and fell 50-0. The Cougars were not able to make up for their loss to the Mustangs from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

Upper Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Middletown, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Upper Lake will host Clear Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Middletown, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Willits at 7:00 p.m. The Mustangs will need to watch out since the Wolverines have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
