The Moffat County Bulldogs will head out to square off against the D'Evelyn Jaguars at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Moffat County has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Moffat County is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 62-17 victory over Aspen. The Bulldogs not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since January 13, 2024.

Moffat County can attribute much of their success to Caitlyn Adams, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 14 boards, and Mena Tucker, who posted 12 points in addition to eight rebounds and seven steals. Those 14 rebounds gave Adams a new career-high. Ariana Buchanan was another key player, putting up eight points and five assists.
Moffat County was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They are 12-2 when they've passed the ball that well.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when D'Evelyn challenged Elizabeth on Wednesday. D'Evelyn really took it to Elizabeth for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-15 win. The Jaguars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 24 points or more this season.
Moffat County better keep an eye on Colleen Monahan. She was instrumental in D'Evelyn's win, shooting 67% from the field en route to 21 points along with six boards and four steals. With that strong performance, Monahan is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellie McMann, who had five points in addition to 14 assists and five steals.
The victory made it two in a row for D'Evelyn and bumps their season record up to 20-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 58.5 points. As for Moffat County, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Moffat County has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 28.7 rebounds per game. However, it's not like D'Evelyn struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.5 boards.
