Lodi is 7-1 against Eastern Christian since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rams will face off against the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Lodi has given up an average of 10.2 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Monday, Lodi came up short against Wood-Ridge and fell 13-9.

Glen Rock hit Eastern Christian with a 12-run first inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles came up short against the Panthers, falling 18-1. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Eastern Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elliana Algarin, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases. Hannah Leegwater also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Eastern Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Lodi, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-10.

Lodi couldn't quite get it done against Eastern Christian when the teams last played back in May of 2024 as they fell 5-2. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
