Braddock piles up the points against Coral Reef

Recap: Braddock Bulldogs vs. Coral Reef Barracudas

The Braddock Bulldogs had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Wednesday. They breezed by Coral Reef at home to the tune of 61-9. Considering Braddock has won five matches by more than 32 points this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Braddock's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elsa Stier led the charge by almost dropping a triple-double on 16 points, 11 rebounds, and nine steals. The contest was Stier 's 12th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Daniella Pujadas, who scored 19 points along with six steals.

Braddock has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Coral Reef, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Braddock won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Homestead at 6:30 p.m. on December 28th. Homestead is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. TERRA Environmental won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Ferguson at 3:30 p.m. on December 28th.
