King Campbell Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Cottonwood was led to victory by King Campbell, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Campbell rushed for 150 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, and also picked up 103 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (104.4). He has been hot , having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last seven times he's played.

Geneva County was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Brendan Hall did his best to prevent it. Hall was dynamite, rushing for 221 yards and three touchdowns.
Geneva County's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-4. Hall and Geneva County will face off against Ariton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Craig Pittman was instrumental in extending Providence Christian's winning streak to five on Friday. Nobody could stop Pittman as he threw for 169 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 passes, and also rushed for 58 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
