Basketball Game Recap: Laughlin Cougars vs. Founders Classical Academy Centurions

The Laughlin Cougars had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 28-15 victory over Founders Classical Academy on Tuesday. That's another feather in the cap for Laughlin, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Leading Laughlin to victory were Daishanae Jackson and Valeria Qunitero. Jackson scored 10 points, while Qunitero scored 12 points.

Laughlin's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Founders Classical Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Laughlin will be playing at home against Sandy Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Founders Classical Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Indian Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
