Football Recap: Agricultural Science Piles Up the Points Against Solorio

Agricultural Science lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Solorio, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's matchup. The Cyclones blew past the Sun Warriors 47-6 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cyclones.

Agricultural Science's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Autumn Robinson, who rushed for 250 yards and five scores on only 15 carries. Robinson really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Jefferson, who rushed for 200 yards and one TD on only ten carries.

Agricultural Science's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Solorio, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Agricultural Science is set to square off against their familiar foe Lindblom at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Solorio will face off against rival Phillips at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
