Basketball Recap: R.J. Reynolds Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last seven matches, R.J. Reynolds finally came back down to earth on Wednesday. They were beaten by the East Forsyth Eagles 60-19. The loss continues a trend for the Demons in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost six in a row.

R.J. Reynolds' defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for East Forsyth, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. R.J. Reynolds and West Forsyth will face off at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday without much rest having both just played. West Forsyth will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something R.J. Reynolds surely won't give up without a fight. As for East Forsyth, they and Glenn will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday without much rest having both just played.
