Basketball Recap: Holy Trinity Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westmont, Holy Trinity was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They secured a 29-23 W over the Walther Christian Academy Broncos. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 52-20 win the Broncos walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Holy Trinity now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Walther Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holy Trinity will head out to face off against Cristo Rey Jesuit at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Holy Trinity is facing Cristo Rey Jesuit at the right time seeing as Cristo Rey Jesuit is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Walther Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Westmont at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
