It was a good run, but Glenbard North unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They received a blow as they fell 61-46 to the Hersey Huskies. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 205th, while the Huskies are ranked 30th).

Glenbard North's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Hersey, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Glenbard North will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Batavia at 7:00 p.m. As for Hersey, they are taking a road trip to square off against Barrington at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
