Volleyball Recap: Arrowhead Christian Triumphs

The Webb Schools typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Arrowhead Christian proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Gauls by a score of 2-0.

While Arrowhead Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-23.

Gianna Rabida and Alexandra Wang certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Rabida had five digs and three aces, while Wang had six assists and five digs.

Arrowhead Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for The Webb Schools, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-2.

Coming up, Arrowhead Christian will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Linfield Christian at 6:00 p.m. The Lions will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for The Webb Schools, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Magnolia Science Academy on the 22nd.
