Rangeview had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped down to 5-13 to make it four. They lost 15-5 to the Alameda Pirates. If the Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 14-5 to the Pirates when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.
William Stevenson was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Fabian Amaya, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
As for Alameda, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-3. Considering they have won ten games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
On Alameda's side, Marco Dominguez made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 3.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Dominguez has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Hudson Judy, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May of 2025. Another player making a difference was Christopher Garcia, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.

As for Alameda, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-0 win against Aurora Central on the 27th.
