Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vincent). Everything went their way against the Comer Tigers on Monday as the Vincent Yellow Jackets made off with a 24-11 win. The victory continues a trend for the Yellow Jackets in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Madisyn King was a standout: she went 4-for-6 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was McKenzie Fields, who went 5-for-6 with four runs, one triple, and one double.

King wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Vincent kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 29 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive matchups.

Vincent's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Comer, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Vincent will face off against Ranburne at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up.
