Bamberg-Ehrhardt put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Denmark-Olar Vikings by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 9th.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-12, 20-25, 25-6.

Bamberg-Ehrhardt's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Olivia Nix led the charge by getting seven digs and five aces. Those seven digs gave Nix a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Peyton Kittrell, who had 15 digs.

They weren't the only good servers: Bamberg-Ehrhardt was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 23 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Bamberg-Ehrhardt's win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Denmark-Olar, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Looking ahead, Bamberg-Ehrhardt will head out on the road to challenge Allendale-Fairfax at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Denmark-Olar, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Blackville-Hilda at 6:45 p.m. on October 6.
