Recap: Rockwell Marshals vs. Utah Military Academy - Hill Field Thunderbirds
The Rockwell Marshals stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They blew past Utah Military Academy - Hill Field 79-40 on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Rockwell has posted since December 9, 2023.
Leading Rockwell to victory were Roman Haueter and Luke Henderson. Haueter dropped a double-double on 26 points and 12 rebounds, while Henderson scored 31 points along with nine rebounds and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Haueter has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tony Nguyen, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Rockwell is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Utah Military Academy - Hill Field, their defeat was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-7.
Rockwell will head out on the road to face off against Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Utah (Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams is ranked 129th, while Rockwell is ranked 109th). As for Utah Military Academy - Hill Field, they will play host again and welcome American Prep WV, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday. American Prep WV is coming into the game hot, having won their last seven games.
