Volleyball Recap: Arrowhead Christian Comes Up Short

Arrowhead Christian lost against Ontario Christian back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Ontario Christian scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-20, 25-22.

Arrowhead Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Ontario Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Arrowhead Christian will welcome Redlands Adventist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Ontario Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Loma Linda Academy at 5:00 p.m. The Knights will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: the Roadrunners will have lost three straight heading into Thursday's contest.
