Bradshaw Mountain has gone a perfect 10-0 against Mohave recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Bears will head out to square off against the Thunderbirds at 12:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bradshaw Mountain has four straight wins, Mohave has eight straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

While Bradshaw Mountain's victory against Prescott wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bears had just enough and edged out the Badgers 5-4 on Monday.

Bradshaw Mountain got a great performance from Jeremy Reynolds as he pitched six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.

On the hitting side, Bradshaw Mountain let Ty Young and Garison Jones run wild. Young went 1-for-2 with one home run, while Jones went 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one RBI. That home run marked the first that Young launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Strader, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Mohave lost 23-3 to Coconino on Friday.

Bradshaw Mountain's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Mohave, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Everything went Bradshaw Mountain's way against Mohave in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Bradshaw Mountain made off with a 16-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bears since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
