Cedar Vale/Dexter entered their tilt with Sedgwick on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Cardinals an 11-0 shutout. Considering the Spartans have won 17 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Cedar Vale/Dexter's win bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Sedgwick, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.
