Football Recap: Sharon Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Herman Chery and Brady Shuffain

Sharon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 36-22 to the Oliver Ames Tigers. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

Despite the loss, Sharon had strong showings from Brady Shuffain, who threw for 305 yards and three touchdowns, and Herman Chery, who picked up 50 receiving yards and one score. The Eagles are 2-1 when Shuffain posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 1-7 otherwise.

Sharon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Oliver Ames, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 3-8.

As of now, neither Sharon nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
