Recap: Niobrara County Tigers vs. Crawford Rams
The Niobrara County Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 80-39 win over Crawford. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Niobrara County has managed all season.
Despite the defeat, Crawford saw an underclassman step up: Taylor Homan scored 20 points. The contest was Homan's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carter Rudloff, who scored three points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
The win was the fourth in a row for Niobrara County, bringing their record for this year to 4-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.3 points per game. As for Crawford, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
Coincidentally, Niobrara County and Crawford will both be playing Sioux County the next time they take the court. Niobrara County will host Sioux County on Saturday, while Crawford will head out to face them on Monday.
