Baseball Recap: Crab Orchard Wins Going Away Against Norris City-Omaha-Enfield

There's no place like home for Crab Orchard, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Fighting Cardinals on Thursday as Crab Orchard made off with a 15-1 victory. That looming 15-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Trojans yet this season.

Fisher Watts made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. Watts was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Crab Orchard got a massive performance out of Brayden Mausey, who scored three runs while going 2-for-2. Cameron Dawes was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
