Alliance Bloomfield proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by 11) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a run and slipped past the George Washington Prep Generals 17-16. The win was familiar territory for the Bulls, who have now won three games in a row.

Alliance Bloomfield's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for George Washington Prep, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alliance Bloomfield will take on Hawthorne Math & Science Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for George Washington Prep, they will square off against Jordan at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The Generals will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups.
