Basketball Recap: Franklin Wins Going Away Against Surry County

Franklin won against Surry County on Tuesday with 37 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Franklin Broncos took down the Surry County Cougars 37-22. That's two games straight that the Broncos have won by exactly 15 points.

Franklin has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season. As for Surry County, they dropped their record down to 0-12 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Franklin won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Surry County, they will also get right back to it: they'll challenge Windsor at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
