Basketball Recap: Methodist Children's Home Has No Trouble Against Sterling Classical

Methodist Children's Home's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They strolled past the Sterling Classical Soldiers with points to spare, taking the game 55-37. Considering the Bulldogs' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Methodist Children's Home now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Sterling Classical, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Methodist Children's Home has already played their next game (against St. Mary's), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Sterling Classical will host Providence Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Providence Prep will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Sterling Classical surely won't give up without a fight.
