Baseball Recap: Green Level Takes a Loss

Green Level was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Chatham Central Bears.

Gavin Rower was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Nicky Donaldson also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Green Level's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Chatham Central, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 4-10 record.

Green Level has already played their next matchup, a 4-3 loss against Northwood on the 4th. As for Chatham Central, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-1 defeat against Orange on the 4th.
