Lapel had won 11 straight games and Luke Jones did his part to make it 12 on Tuesday. The Lapel Bulldogs came out on top against the New Castle Trojans by a score of 70-63 which was due in part to Jones, who made all 8 shots he took to post 21 points. Those 21 points gave him a new career-high.

Lapel's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points over those games. As for New Castle, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.
